So I came across this picture
And my heart stopped.
This is a part of my childhood I almost forgot completely about. And you wanna know what's really sad? Is that I can tell you what scene is in almost every one of those boxes. The pink heart on the right that looks like it's got a cushion on it has a ballet theater inside complete with little seats and a place where you can put your polly ballerina and then theres a wheel you can turn to make her spin. The bottom blue one with the jewel is an underwater mermaid one, the pale blue oval shaped one is the inside of a house with 5 separate rooms... MAN. I want to be 7 years old again.
Seriously, I almost cried when I saw this picture... I don't even know what I did with all of my Polly Pocket boxes. I wish I had them.

Totally. I don't know what made them so fun but I was addicted lol. Maybe it's because you get to micromanage someone's life? Kind of like Barbies... You get to write the script of their life
